With a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Granada, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the IE Business School and in Financial Markets and Asset Management from the Institute of Estudios Bursatiles in Madrid. José Martos is currently the General Director of Saint-Gobain Weber, Placo and Isover in Portugal.
Known for his internationalization and consequent ease of communication with multicultural teams, José Martos has a high level of international experience in the construction industry, having been working in Asia for the past 15 years. Saint-Gobain is, in turn, a French multinational company that designs, manufactures and distributes materials and solutions that are the key ingredients in the well-being of each of us. It has associated with it, several brands, such as the ones José Martos runs, Placo and Isover, in Portugal.
José Martos is an eternal enthusiast of his work and for this reason, he has developed studies focused on the Internet Of Things: Business Implications and Opportunities at MIT Sloan School of Management and Digital Transformation at IMD Business School, in order to discover how digital technologies can boost the construction industry in the future.
José Martos will be present at the 12th edition of atualiza.te, with the theme “Digital Roadmap for Costumer Centric Industrial Companies”.
